Between Doubt and Faith

What do you do when your faith feels weak… and doubt feels stronger than belief? In this sermon from Mark 9:14–24, we explore one of the most honest prayers in the Bible:
“I do believe; help my unbelief.” Faith is not the absence of doubt—it’s choosing to trust Jesus anyway. Through the story of a desperate father bringing his son to Jesus, we discover that God doesn’t require perfect faith—just honest faith. If you’ve ever wrestled with unanswered prayers, disappointment, fear, or uncertainty, this message is for you. No matter where you are spiritually, you don’t have to pretend here. Jesus meets us where we are—not where we pretend to be.
